At this time, NeuraFate does not offer any paid products or services. As such, we do not have a refund mechanism in place, because there are no transactions occurring on our platform.

This Refund Policy is provided to meet the requirements of certain payment processors and platforms. It will remain as a placeholder until transactional features are introduced.

Future Refund Eligibility

When NeuraFate launches paid digital products or subscription-based services, the following general refund policy will apply:

  • Digital Products: Refunds may be offered within 7–30 days if the product does not function as described and support is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Subscription Services: Users can cancel anytime. Refunds will not be provided for partial billing cycles.

Full refund terms will be published alongside any transactional offering.
